Item Title
C-11 Submit the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) IDEA Recovery Fund for Services to Children and Youths with Disabilities and Part B and Part B Preschool Entitlement, First Award (April 2009).

Issue/Rationale

These are additional ESE funds being made available to support ESE and IDEA activities.

They will benefit the entire school district by funding activities so that other district funds do not have to be redirected to meet federal requirements.

Recommended Action
The Superintendent recommends approval.

Financial Impact
These are additional ESE funds that can support IDEA related activities without supplanting.
